Hi BP,

I’m a Newbie at investing, just getting started. My current goal is to earn passive income from investment properties. So, after doing some research and listening to bp podcast I discovered rock stock and rent to retirement. Have anyone utilized these particular sources and if so what was your experience like?

Thanks,

T. Brown

@Frank Patalano

Hi Frank,

What held me back is not knowing where to get capital from to finance a deal and who to trust. Frank I’m just getting started and decided that I’m all in, and will learn along the way.

Thanks Joe,

I'm just getting started in real estate investing, and I would like to know how to buy real estate without using my own money.

I know that is this a very common question in the real estate business, but I'm very curious to know how it is done.

Hello Bigger Pockets,

My name is Tequila I've been in Houston for roughly 5 years. I've seen a ton of growth with real estate over the last 5 years. I wasn't sure when to enter the real estate business, but now I'm here. I've just recently past my Texas Real Estate Exam. I'm not only interested in sales, but also investment properties, hard money lending, tax lien, etc.
