A little of both.  But as I said, I've just started so I'm learning more and more each day about real estate as a field and my company as a whole. I'm learning so much going through the Beginners Guide through BiggerPockets, which is really helpful!

I recently started a new job as an Administrative Assistant for a non-profit organization that provides housing for low-income seniors in the state of Arizona.  I don't know anything about real estate and I am learning everything I can to help me better do my job and perhaps move into the field of real estate in my personal time.
