Robert is right using the 50k to lend to other buyers/flippers is a great way to grow your capital. Just be cautious and die very good underwriting of the deals. Message me if you need any help find good deals or picking apart any existing deal flow.

I have closed transactions in excess of $3 million with under $200.00 out of my pocket. Money is a big obstacle but there are several ways to overcome. Use a GAP funder, Equity partner etc. You can make it happen if you just focus on the ins and outs of the business.
