Hi Matt! I’m also looking for a property manager for our condo in Rancho Bernardo. Do you mind sending me some of the recommendations you got? We have had a terrible experience with current property manager and looking to replace. Going through an eviction process now. 

We have had a nightmare experience with RMG and Donna. Their business model is $99 flat fee per month - they take on way more clients than they can serve. Often we have to call, email multiple times and wait days for responses to urgent issues. Our condo, which had never been empty before and is in an neighborhood that rents quickly, was left empty for more than a month before renting to a low-quality tenant whom we are now evicting. Donna has been absent during the eviction process; it is us finding lawyers and help and dealing with them.
