Hi Alan, Comparing Connecticut to San Diego, then yes, the prices are certainly better. Connecticut is an expensive state to live in. Then comes Massachusetts, a close second. But depending on where you move to in Connecticut, some prices are extremely high, and some are quite reasonable. The taxes are high, but they are lower than "Taxashusetts" or Massachusetts. I am licensed in both, and live on the border of both. I would love to help you. I am the investor friendly Realtor.
