So I am new to Real Estate and got a Line of Credit to start things off.  Has anyone else started off that way, or how do you finance your first few properties?

Right now everything I have done is within my LLC, I have not done a Land Trust.

I got a line of credit from CNF, it was pretty straight forward.  It does take longer than normal but I have been very happy with them.
