The six month guy has another job in another city so he will for sure be leaving at the end of the six months.

I have two potential tenants. One who I know will be solid but only wants a six month lease. The other will sign a year long lease but doesn’t have an references as this is he is first time renting. Suggestions?

If so what are your thoughts on the 48601 area code and what is a two bed one bath renting for out there?

I’m looking at building a new rental property in Memphis. I’m out of country so am wondering if anyone has any insights as far as per sqft construction costs on new builds.
