@Casey Roloff awesome job!

What did your first multi family deal look like when you made the transition from SFR?

Hello everyone! My name is Treavor Clune, i'm a newb investor from Neosho, MO. My goal is to create enough income to achieve financial independence. I plan to start with fix&flips and use that capital for buy/hold properties and then use the brrrr strategy to grow my rentals from there. My journey really started out last year after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and basically every Kiyosaki book after that. I'm currently searching for my first deal. I've made offers on several properties and even had one under contract but had to back out during the due diligence period. I know my first deal is coming as long as I work the numbers and stay persistent. I like to create things and learn new skills so i'm looking forward to the journey of growing and getting uncomfortable and seeing what I can build with this.

Looking forward to meeting and connecting with everyone!
