Hi All!  I am wondering if anyone has put solar panels on a mixed use/small commercial building. I have one tenant on street level that pays all of her own utilities but the 4 units upstairs are all on separate meters. Some thoughts I have:

1. I could sell back to the tenant on street level.

2. Currently, all of my tenants in apartments are on government assistance and I pay for the utilities. If I went solar, I would own it and could have possible savings in the long run. My elec bills are trending at about $550/mo.

3. Tax incentives. This part is a bit cloudy for me, but I will certainly connect with my CPA on this. Just wondering if anyone has first hand recent experience.

Any guidance or additional thoughts are appreciated!
