  1. What's the property type?
  2. What loan type? Rehab? Bridge? Rental/30-yr?
  3. What's most important to you in financing? Lowest cash out of pocket? Interest rate? Pts? Quickness to close?

You can find the middle ground for all of the above, but every transaction is different so all the above are important questions to ask!

@Marty JohnstonThanks so much for the insight! I did reach out to aloha but they don’t lend in Alaska unfortunately. However I have heard back from several different private lenders and exploring all options as they’re presented

Hello, I am looking at getting a hard money loan. Does anyone have any experience with aloha capital? Or any other hard money lender?
