Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Orange.

Cash invested: $18,000

Triplex with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath each

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

As a teenager in the islands I always desired to own a 3 door property. Want to purchase another unit but they want 20% down :(

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Searched on Redfin , realtor.com Multi-Fam houses with 9 plus bedrooms and 3 plus bathrooms

How did you finance this deal?

FHA

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Learned to be organized , but I need to learn to screen my tenants well
