@Alina Trigub

Thank you Alina! I had miracle morning on the read list and now 10X is there too. I like the weeks to days planning. I’m not as committed to this as I should be. I do okay with the days but will try the weeks addition as well.

Again, Thank you!

@Nick White

Nick, so well said! I appreciate your views on this situation. That’s a great point about sacrificing health now to pay for it later. Patience and persistence!

@Charles Soper

Charles, thank you for the input. I’m more of a night owl and my wife works nights as a nurse. Is it the same concept as getting up at 4:00am if I’m staying up until 2:00am and getting up at 6:00am? Disclaimer- Miracle morning is on my read list.

Thank you for the insight Ed. I’m in a very similar scenario now so it’s nice to see direct comparisons.

@Daniel Gutierrez

My partner and I are actively looking at the Vegas market for multis. I was just curious on your outlook of the market. Demographics are all over the place. However, the market is posed to explode and it seems more and more jobs are headed this way. You can’t beat experience. You’ve already lived it. Your opinion would be greatly appreciated.
