One of the major driving factors in my motivation for real estate investing and development was my grandfather, an architect and developer who had built a substantial commercial real estate portfolio in Seattle in the 80's and 90's coming from a tough, poor upbringing and an abusive alcoholic father that was quite an accomplishment. At my age (21), he had a few dollars to his name with a big vision and it was because of him I have it so well now. Although, this wasn't my first career choice I initially chose fashion design but soon realized college wasn't going to help me reach my ambitions and I started educating myself on all things real estate, immediately jumping head first into business in order to reach my fullest potential, build massive generational wealth and make sure my children have better options and financial freedom to live life on their own terms. I'm currently working on finishing my fourth real estate project and well on my way toward my ultimate, end goal which is to build 10 billion dollar real estate portfolio and then get into politics.

@Hannah Wright

Hannah,

You’re already on the right path by digesting as much information as you can on real estate investing. Read books, listen to podcasts, watch webinars etc but none of that matters if you don’t take action that’s the best advice I can give. You have to pull the trigger and TAKE ACTION. Get a source of income if you don’t already have one right now, get your real estate license and start building relationships with investors, agents, developers anyone in real estate. I’m 21 right now and have been investing in real estate since I was 16 by flipping my first house with money I used from my minimum

wage job, partnering with a contractor and leveraging hard money.

Feel free to message me on here with any questions you have.
