I just moved to Florida from Colorado, and I am starting my journey in real estate investing by purchasing a single family home.  I'm planning on the buy and hold strategy while creating passive rental income.  I'm hesitant on buying more properties right now as I don't want to dive in too fast.

Any advice is welcomed!
