Thanks everyone for your advise. I will definitely do a search about PM software platforms. So far the only negative that I've heard of Appfolio is that it's expensive compared to other platforms. Maybe it's worth every penny.

Hello BP family. I'm currently looking for a comprehensive property management software for a fair price. A few of the guest speakers on the BiggerPockets Podcast have mentioned Appfolio and recommended that software. Does anyone personally recommend Appfolio or any other software?
