I'm a new guy looking to begin with a SFH as a start. In that regard, sounds like North Minneapolis is a good place to start looking. Really appreciate everyone's input on this subject!

I'm new to real estate investing and would like to get further educated and network at BiggerPockets. My intent is to build a business that I can eventually hand down to my child. To that end my goal for this year is to get at least one investment property under contract.

I'm looking forward to meeting and interacting with other investors.
