Hi I am into the real estate market after not being involved for about 10 years after some tenet horror stories.
I am looking for some recommendations on a RE attorney and CPA in PA
as I intend to use a self directed IRA for seed money and then Hire
a separate entity (also controlled- owned by me) to complete the repairs that will be required. I need help setting this up correctly.
My back ground in 35 years in the construction industry.
Please let me know any recommendations.
