My Tenant just moving in a condominium, she is stating that there is a roach situation which while I was there fixing the apartment I never saw that situation. She told me that Florida law says that it is responsibility of the landlord to fumigate the place on a regular basis. the Florida Statute 83.51 does not specify directly who is responsible for an ongoing fumigation.
Thank you all for the wonderful comments. I guess I have to find a good commercial umbrella policy down here in south Florida. Does anybody know a good insurance company that write these policies?

Thank you all for welcoming to the site. Looking forward for the journey!!
Hello All,
I have 7 rental properties, most of them are free and clear, I have a liability umbrella policy for all of them, last year I got insurance to cover the interior in case of a fire or anything that may happen to the interior of the properties. As many has pointed out, insurance prices are going higher, I did search for a landlords umbrella insurance but it was impossible since they are on an LLC. what will be the most cost efficient way to obtain rental insurance for all my properties?

Hello All,
Just want to take a second to introduce myself all bigger pockets users, I have been doing real state for 4 years (buy and hold) and I'm looking to obtain tips and more knowledge on how to become a better real state investor. I have heard good things about this site and I'm looking forward to connect with people to establish a good source on a real state community.
Thank you
David
