Nobody expects you to work for free and neither should you. There is no reason why you or any other real estate "guru" can't offer great advise and education but still make some money at the same time.

You offered some education for a price and yet you say you won't stoop to the level of "hype". Well my friend selling is selling. Promoting is promoting. There is nothing bad about that. Offer a good product at a good value and be proud to to hype, promote, and yes "sell". Your followers will be happy to support you.
