you know since I have your undivided attention I might as well ask some questions about this mortgage assignment.

If party A wants to buy a house but cant get a conventional loan and party B wants to sell a house but cant for whatever reason.

How can the buyer take ownership of a house where the mortgage is in the name of the original buyer (Party B)?

If party A stops paying the mortgage and the house goes into foreclosure, who's name does the foreclosure go under, Party A or Party B?

ah thanks I just read through itreal quick and I am still unclear as to how exactly a mortgage assignment works. $1000.00 is a lot of money to buy a system that most are saying isnt as "cracked up" as it seems to be

This might not be in the right place, but is anyone familiar with or have any experience with Phil Groves MAPS? Im a newbie investor and was interested to see if anyone has anything to say about this, good or bad?
