Hi BP, I am 16 years old, and very excited to begin investing in real estate. I plan to start with wholesaling. My question is whether or not it is a good idea to begin investing before I can get my real estate license? Hi Bigger Pockets, My name is Tucker Scozzafava. I am a 16 year old living in Reno, NV. I will begin investing in real estate as soon as I turn 18. I want to be worth $5 million by the time I am 25. I plan to begin in wholesaling, and then progress into bigger deals as I build more capital. But as of now, my goal is to create relationships and connections with other investors and people that I can learn from in the real estate industry.
