For the Philadelphia area, I recently closed on my 1st fix and flip and I'm looking for a real agent that I would use to sell the property, and during the rehab I want to ask them questions of what sells better. My question is how do I go about picking an agent. What questions should I ask to know if they are good. What should be the deciding factor in which agent I choose?

@Steven Goldman

Do you know what area specifically are the short term rentals on fire? Like what zip codes?

@Steven Goldman

Thanks I will check that out.

@Shawn McCormick

Thank you. Do you have properties that will get me those returns in the 400k range? I can up my budget if the deal is very solid
