Im 18 right now and live in California I have been studying real estate investing and am very interested in becoming a full time investor. Right now my plan is to work for 4-5 years (i am not going to college) and save 90% of my income as well as build my credit. I plan to buy a small multi family using my fha and brrrr the property and house hack the other side then scale up from there.

Feedback will be definitely appreciated.

Hey guys I recently upgraded to pro membership to learn more and connect with more people. I just have one slight question, how long does it take for me to get charged from my account, I upgraded a few days ago and still have not gotten a charge. I like to keep track of every dollar I spend I just dont want the charge to come out of nowhere when I dont expect it. Sorry for the weird question, just trying to figure it out.

I'm 17 and turning 18 in a few days, I am really committed to becoming a full time investor and not working for someone else. My concern is that I do not have any credit, which I do plan on building but should I build my credit first before even starting in rental properties.

I have considered using hard money or private money loans to get started and maybe do a few flips to get my foot in the door but I just wanted to hear other opinions on what I should do.

Hey y'all, I bought the rental property investment book by Brandon a couple days ago(paperback). Is there a way to track my package at all? I didn't even get an email confirming my order, but I got charged, Im just hoping its coming 😅

Long story short Im 17 and and really trying to learn everything young so when I turn 18 I can build my credit and budget properly but I also really want to save as much money as I can for investing in real estate. So, how can I save and build credit, if Im going to be minimizing my spending? I plan to save and build credit for 2-3 years.
