@John Warren do you know any way around keeping the loan but still being able to move out of the property and rent out where he was living.
Im asking this one for a friend. One of my marine corps buddies recently bought a duplex using a VA Loan. The property is great and producing him great cashflow but he just got a promotion with our company and needs to move across the country. hes had the house for two months and its in his name. his plan now is to create an LLC and transfer the title to the LLC of the property and start renting out the side he use to live in. will he run into any problems with this? Also could he be hit with the due on sale clause from his lender? Please let me know your thoughts on this guys and gals.
Hello everyone, I'm currently starting my real estate investing journey. Im looking to start buy and hold, single family and small multifamily properties, in Grand Rapids, MI. I am new to the game and am excited to make my first purchase. Im wanting to put together a smart team with a strong insight of the area.
