Thanks for all of the replies. Just wanted some thought about sinkhole properties. The owner said that they are having trouble insuring it. Definitely not going any further on this property

What would end buyers feel about a house that is on a remediated sinkhole? The spread is pretty good but the sinkhole scares me.
