@Jacob Evans, thanks man. Right now I'm  pretty much just crusin' for good wholesale deals while I work on building my cap up so I can jump into flips this spring. Obviously I'm always looking to connect with people buying properties right now. More than anything though my focus is on learning. Learning by getting out and doing the work, meeting like minded people to help me thrive in my market. I'm here to be the best.

@Bret Emry I have mostly just been doing the footwork for another investor here in town; researching leads, direct mail marketing things like that. I'm currently working a few good wholesale deal leads but nothing under contract on my own yet. Wont be long though, I know that for sure! 

Hey there everyone! New this year to the REI scene here in beautiful Spokane, WA as well as BiggerPockets.com, and figured it was time to introduce myself. I was blessed with an incredible opportunity the last 5 months to learn a lot about the research and marketing side of investing from a prominent mentor here in town and I'm ready to take the leap into business on my own! It would be great if anyone in the area knows of some good groups that meet up in Spokane? I am always looking to learn and share ideas and strategies with others.
