Rosston Smith thank you! Brian Walsh great - will do. Evaluating properties can be very challenging for someone just starting out! Jason Burr I figured - the price per sq/ft here seems to be dramatically higher than many others. I appreciate the insight

I live in Greenville, SC and am excited to take the plunge into REI. I want to start out with single family homes using the buy and hold method, however, I don't know enough about market swings to know whether or not now is a good time to buy? Any help would be very much appreciated!! Also, I'm not against looking outside of the Greenville area if need be. Thanks, Tyler Fletcher
