Hi BP community! I'm currently looking at purchasing a failing bed and breakfast. I want to make sure that by me adding income to the property it would increase the value of the property for refinancing or selling 3 years down the road. Is the property value included in the listing price on a property with a performing resort/bed and breakfast? Thank you all

Hi, my name is Tyler Guptill. I am looking for other investors who either currently have or would like to learn the think big mindset. If you are interested please contact me to see if we will be a good match up to conquer the world.

I have been trying to find an in on real estate investing for the past 3 years. I don't have any established credit but I do have a credit card. I have heard from many people that having high credit and a good paying job is the only way to invest in real estate but I believe there must be other options. I am getting married next month and everyone thinks my goal of real estate investing is far fetched. What do you guys think?

What are my loan options if i am 18 and I don't have any credit?

I am 18 and getting married this spring. I am wondering if I should buy a permanent residence for myself and my future wife before I buy an investment property. I have a renting situation lined up that wouldn't cost me hardly anything. Would it be better to buy an investment property to help start my cashflow or to buy my own house first?
