Hey everyone, brand-spankin’ new to this, first off let me start by saying i have no money to my name. Not something i’m necessarily proud of but also something i’m aware of enough to try to make a difference and that’s why i’m here. So what i’m here for is not to get rich quick, not to find an “out” to my day job but to get myself some extra spending money in something that i’m very interested in, real estate investing. If anyone could give me any tips or ideas on where to find the very basic of basic information on getting into investing, building a portfolio and what i will need to start from literally nothing. I like to think i’m pretty intelligent so i pick up onto things quickly but i also like to find the simplest, easiest ways things can be explained to me. Not really a “for dummies” site but something similar where it doesn’t tell you what you can get from it but how to actually do it in a step by step instruction. Like the post name says, any help is welcomed and taken whole heartedly.. also if anyone would like to take me under their wing and be my personal mentor i would not be opposed to that, thanks again!!
