My best friend has been waiting on a condo that's is a short sale . Finally heard from the bank and his lender requested for a condo certification . Do all banks/credit union need one ? Or How can he go about this ?

Around June I posted my first introduction to real estate and got to partner up with a mentor doing wholesaling . It's been a great experience so far and was able to close on one deal . Been sending out post cards for my first time , hoping to see what response rate I'll get from that . I was doing yellow letters at first , got a call or two but nothing serious . I need to continue listening to the podcast ! Which has been very great to listen and take whatever I can from them . Need to step out of my comfort and start networking more on here ! One thing I'm learning is that if You want to succeed you can't do it alone . I'm taking Baby steps to my goals . I hope to connect with more people and see where life takes me !

Congrats !! Very inspiring ! Thanks for the motivation !

Jameson Sullivan yeah man typed it on Word document. Wrote it how I wanted it as well as the font ...then Mailed and merged my list all on there. I actually did it on just white paper since my friend was nice enough to print them out for me at his school library. I feel you on the Postcards but at least u got it out there. I will ! And thanks man we'll see how it goes.
Hi Jameson Sullivan ! I actually just started mine as well , what I did I typed out the letters and on the envelopes I just hand written the mailing address . Obviously there is other ways to do it but I am a newbie and I guess at the moment that's what I went with and I actually just got my first call within a week .. I think just sending your stuff out there regardless on how u go about it is key . You just never know . Good luck man !
