I'm with @properties, and I think they are the place to be.  Independently owned and able to move faster to stay ahead of the game when it comes to technology, community, marketing, etc.  Coldwell Banker is great too, but in my opinion they just aren't able to innovate and test the market at the same speed of an independent company.
