Hey guys! Open to any feedback. West Chicago, blocks from West Pilsen.

4 units(2/1)

1 Unit(1/1)

How important is the immediate CoC for a multifamily rental property?

Would this property based on the analysis be considered as a potential investment property?

Attached analysis Below

How have you made money during a market crash and how can we expect to make money during the next one? What kind of skills do we need to know in order to make a profit during this time?

Thank you John, much appreciated! I will definitely reach out If anything.

I want to get started in real estate investing. My wife is starting to become interested in real estate investing as well and she has some concerns that I was not able to answer. If my llc goes bankrupt worse case scenario, how does that affect my personal credit and would I just start another llc and move on?

Thank you all for your input! I've decided to learn more about investing without becoming an agent but definitely having some real estate friendly agents on the team. Thanks again!

I am just starting off in my real estate education and i would like to know whether or not it is a good idea to become a real estate agent in order to become successful in Illinois near the Chicago Suburbs. I am planning on studying urban planning/development so I would really like to become successful in the real estate investing world. I am open to any suggestions or feedback with your experiences in the area. Thanks!
