Hi everyone. Military member here currently living in Stafford and looking jump into the real estate realm. Tried stocks and forex and although somewhat profitable on small accounts and micro lot trades, I get hesitant in pulling the trigger on risking more capital so figured I'll try real estate. Like most military members, I've been paying rent all my life. I've paid over $100,000 while I was in Japan, ouch. I think it's time I'm on the opposite end of the transaction. Looking to gain some knowledge and hopefully make my first " buy and hold" purchase soon. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
