Hi Everyone! My name is Joe, I'm very new to this real estate thing but i'm very determined to be successful. I grew up in Bradenton / Sarasota FL live in Palmetto FL. I have 4 kids and a beautiful wife that I want to provide a very comfortable future for. My wife and I are newly married, we make a good living but would like to invest in real estate for the future. I spend some time every night on the bigger pockets website and reading real estate books. I'm saving money now and I'm very interested in buy and hold properties. Would like to know more about wholesaling also. Hoping to grow a network in my area.
