Hi Tim, can you forward me some references/companies you're getting these prices at. I would highly appreciate it. 

Is that price for the building from grading to finish with interior finish pricing, excluding garage/decking? or including garage?

San diego is where I'm at.. prices for building are closer to 200-300+ per sqft to build.

Just curious if anyone here has built a home from the land up, and if anyone did it in socal. Trying to see if I can do it all for under $200 a sqft not including land. 

I've been reading up on modular homes and while most are a joke and cost more than stick built homes, a few seemed to meet a budget:
