I hire a research company to check the title thursday morning and was promised to recive the report next evening.
I guess in small city with only 7500 people there is not a lot of real estate deals going on every day.
She said there was a mortgage many years ago and was paid off....nothing on title after payoff...

Just got the title report.
No mortgage, liens or other problems recorded.
There was a mortgage paid of many years ago.
Good news i guess...

What type of liens can be wiped out true Trustee sale and which ones can be attached to the property and i have to pay?

Yesterday i find online the website you provided but there was no answer on APN search . Called the county where they check and tax are current with only 185 $ due for next installment.
The lot have address, front on the paved street and is zoned Vacant Residential.
Was told there is no way to get permit to build in the moment as half of the year my lot is '' underwater " but can be used for camping or RV and see how the city will solve this as they were having different ideas for this beachfront lots for last several years.

Tried to do a title search but its a small city and not such info online.
Tsunami hit Cresent City and this lot is there.
Never purchased property from BK trustee and i am afraid after payment i can inherit some IRS and other liens and need advice what can be wiped out in BK asser sale and what cant?
Find a local research company who will do a check for liens recorded in the county recorder office and will have the info ready tomorrow.
Any advice how to proceed?
