Hello!!! New to the Toledo, OH. Can  anyone tell me in information in the 43607 Zip codes as well as rental rates/flips and General Contractors.

Hi there thanks for the response however not sure what happened but my headline was attached to a thread from months ago.

The issue is she is paying the mortgage on the home not behind on payments but the house is in bad shape because she hasnt had any activity in the home. Needs about 50k worth of work and still owes about 80-90k the comps in the area are going for $150k-$168 its a corner lot etc. i am very new very very new to wholesaling and this is one of the very first cold calls i made where the owner wanted to sell the issue is it not alot of room  fix and flip and most importantly get my fee so wanted to see of any other creative ways i can make things deal work for all parties involved. Drove past the property again today and the yard neededless to say is in worse condition than it was 1.5 months ago. I want to reach back out to the owner but i wanted to have a solid resolution. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
