@Evan Polaski Hi Evan, thanks for answering. Im staring a company that buys multifamily properties and we will definitely do syndications in the near future. I’ve done a couple online courses on how to do the underwriting however I definitely want more information and learn more specially about the underwriting process since I am relatively new to this space.

Please advise on how to handle tenant not paying the power bill. My tenant refuses to pay the power bill because it's "too high" and the power is being disconected by FPL today. Any advice?
