Sounds like you're already ahead of the game. You have me beat that's for sure! I'm a new investor as well in the state of Michigan. Our stories are a bit similar however I just didn't have $50k to invest in "real estate college" basically. Brand new licensed Realtor for the state of Michigan. Looking to make my transition into investing from there.
