Its a lot of good stuff here. I will probably have to hibernate for a week to read and learn all of it! 

I had a feeling they didn't like wholesalers. I've read a few blogs about it, but I wasn't sure.

I have a few realtors on my contacts list,  that I am thinking about approaching and asking for a sort of "help " finding properties for sale, motivated sellers, fixer upper, etc.  How do I approach them? And is it a good start working with a realtor? How does it work? Do they ask for a percentage of the sale? Is there any room for negotiations?

Please advise!
