Hi Sarah!

I was listening to BPRE podcast #761 with Yamundow Camara and she mentioned that one of her rentals was a mid-term to traveling nurses in the midwest that was located between 2 big hospitals (something like 10 minutes to one and just a couple minutes to the other) that was a great rental income for her.  Its a great podcast and she's a wonderful storyteller.  Here is her link if you wanted to listen:  https://www.biggerpockets.com/...
