Exactly well in speaking with her on that matter I wished her well and I am moving on cause like I told her it's too messy for me to indulge in and online is the truth I have the records but hey I opened the door for her she can get a attorney. Thank you all for the information.

Did your rental property go into foreclosure I mean it helps me understand but first community bank had the property then they went out of business and it transferred to shell point but she had been gathering up information from 2011 and I'm still waiting for her response. Thank you 

I pulled all records from hernando county clerk  she is gathering up all paperwork so we can go over it all will keep you posted

She just told me she never signed anything but she has to find all the paperwork I pulled all the records i could she is in the county as the owner but the deeds shows different information. Thank you for your timely response any help is appreciated. 

I have a friend who owns a house in Springhill Florida  she is concerned that she doesn't own the house. The bank back in 2011 told her the house was in foreclosure but no records are showing of this at all. The guy who supposedly turned the house over to her I am thinking he did a lease option with consideration amount of $90,000 I am a bit puzzled and she is too her name is not on the Special Warranty Deed his is can someone please explain this in detail I have all her documents need to shed some light on this for her. Also she is paying her money to shellpoint mortgage a debt collecting company not sure please help.... Thank You
