Hey Don, I just came across your post. I have done some Tax Lien investing in Wicomico County, MD and was able to acquire some properties in Salisbury, MD. I had one in Delmar which I prehabbed and disposed it off about an year ago. Among the properties acquired, there are a few lots too. In the event you are interested please do let me know or pass along the word.

@Ned - My Tax lien investing has been in Maryland primarily and a little bit in West Virginia. This was from a couple of years ago and I would like to get back in to the thick of things. My IT job keeps me busy so would like to break away at some point and focus full-time
