Hi, this is our first rental property. We formed LLC and trying to apply loan for 70% of value. What is the approximate interest rate for Multifamily Rental Property ? Are there any recommendations for lenders for fast approval? Any suggestions in approaching lenders? We calculated DSCR and it is above1.20? Credit score is 750+ for all members in LLC. Please guide me. thank you
