I'm fairly certain that any title company you agree to bring your business to when closing your transactions will gladly help you. I would agree with Michael Dolan, it's more about the title rep themselves. Feel free to PM me anytime for recommendations! Best of luck!

@Michael Dolan I've been toying with and very much like parts of that idea!

Hey All!

I'm currently working as an active Real Estate agent in Residential sales. Real Estate has always been something that has intrigued me, so many things to know, so many things to love and it presents endless possibilities.

I'm exactly the type of person that could easily suffer from analysis paralysis. I've been talking about and planning to start REI for a few years, I'm still young and have time. I feel like we're coming to a very safe and comfortable point to take the leap. However, we are also in the midst of a downright real estate frenzy. With record lows of inventory and true madness ensuing all around me to compete for properties, where is a newbie to start??

Hey @Sarah McMillen,

Sound like you already have a few great suggestions, but if you would like. I can do al little leg work to set you up with a few agents to interview in your area. Best to meet a ew and see who fits your personality and needs best. Shoot me a message anytime if I can help!

Good luck!
