Yes, thank you. I am interested in finding out more about the Durango meet up group. When, and where do they meet?  Would appreciate the information.

I live in the Four Corners area; in Farmington, New Mexico.  Durango and Cortez, Colorado not too far from Farmington as well.  I will find time to go to the Albuquerque groups. I'd also like to know if there are any groups in Durango, Colorado and vicinity.

Bought a small house in Missssippi, fixed it up and sold it which was on 17 acres. It was a successful experience.

I am interested in making assignment of contract deals, bird-dogging, and wholesaling. And, like to partner with someone locally in the New Mexico area. I presently am working a full-time job; would like to retire from this job and spend more time with grandchildren and doing real estate investing.
