thanks for the suggestions, the idea of it all sounds scary i do have an idea of what type of house i want to get into mainly would be distressed homes that would need work and do rehab work to give the house a facelift...i have 2 questions is how to get financing and i would think banks would not make it easy for you to buy a house that is not up to par. The second question is since this is not a business entity flip but as a homeowner how would the process of that be without the cost of being costly on tax.

thanks

hi everyone!!

my name is Vanh S and i have had passion for this business and have my brothers support to help get this idea/passion started, but i am not business savvy enough to understand the process, for the past 10yrs i have been at home raising my children and now i am ready to get back into the workforce (real estate). i have so many questions i simply do not know where to go to find my answers...regarding what type of mortgage loan/tax fees/legal side of flipping a house.

thanks
