Hi,

I currently am a student. I always spend a lot of my time researching about real estate and how to invest. I know a lot right now from what I read online and from books. However I find myself wanting to learn more from someone who actually has these properties. What is the best way to find a mentor in this field? What are a few things you would tell your 20 year old self to do before even get into the real estate world?
