Cash invested: $30,000

This house was purchased for $250,000 and I put roughly $7,000 to rehab it.
Currently the bank's valuation is $331,000.

Purchase price: $775,000

I scouted this property for my family. We purchased the property for $775,000 and the immediate paper valuation was $1,050,000. Currently remodeling and the ARV and targeted sale price is now $1,300,000.

I was the principal buyer for this property. Sold this property in September, 2021 for $660,000 and now the property is worth roughly $900,000.
