Hi my name is Vas and I am looking to expand business. I am in the market for a 20 unit apartment building. I need help with finding a list of apartment buildings around Minneapolis Minnesota.

Has anyone done this before in my area?

Does anyone have any resources that could help me?

What is my best option for finding these buildings? How do I get a hold of this list?

I am trying to find a service that can help me with some skip tracing. Also i have been told its better to hire a private investigator. Does anyone know of some reliable services to use? Does anyone know of any trustable private investigators in the Minneapolis area?

Thank you,

Vas

Post: Is wholesaling Ethical?

I am a wholesaler myself. I have struggled with this issue as well. There are many ethical theories you can use to analyze weather it is ethical or not. Depending on your theory you will come to different conclusions. The theory I use to look at this ethical issue is act utilitarianism. They theory states that a person's act is morally right if and only if it produces at least as much happiness as any other act that the person could perform at that time. In a sense, act utilitarianism focus on the consequences of an act, both positive and negative. The first step to applying this theory is to identify the consequences, then it is to identify the parties involved, and lastly, analyze how much happiness/ unhappiness each party receives. When you buy a house, the parties that are present are 1, the buyer (you) and 2. the seller. Both parties have positive consequences after the act. The buyer is happy because he/she now has a home that they can profit from, and the seller is happy because he got rid of a burden and has cash in his/her hand. So you can see that by doing this act you are overall, bringing more happiness. So by using act utilitarianism you can conclude that this act is considered ethical.

Post: Vacant Homes

I have read many posts about how to find vacant homes and it seems like one of the most popular suggestions is to just go out and look for them in the city. I have previously heard that if you contact certain city halls you will be able to find info on vacant homes. The reason why I believe that is because when homes are vacant for an extended period of time, and the grass is very tall, typically the city will send someone over to mow the lawns and then forward the bill to property owner. The city keeps all this information domes there must be a way to acquire it, I just don't know how.

My question to you is, what can I say/ who do I talk to to get that information.

Any help one this would be great!
